For healthy eating: choosing all natural
Morning walk in the market, and I choose fresh fruit, apple pear grapes, bananas, oranges, my ptreferat of eating, and then I go to the market to choose a chicken for roasting for chickens take my carefully selected ingredients: garlic , vegetable, pepper, oil for the oil a bit, then I take and put some eggs to the skillet with just plain salt without oil or fat, are important for proper calcium ...!!!
Afternoon wrestling gym, I train a lot because I have a contest this month and want to reach the place, then I will start working.
